Just put the pancakes with the plastic sheets in a freezer bag into the freezer.
Whenever you crave for pancakes, take them out a night before and let them defrost on room temperature. The pancakes do not become wet, but looks like they are freshly made. You only need to warm it up and consume them! I am going to this more often, cause it is fun to surprise hubby with a royal breakfast with minimal effort 😀 This just makes life a whole lot easier <3
