Near the kitchen window seemed like the safest option.  I bought these scallions at my local supermarket and the bottom parts I kept behind. After two weeks I got the above result.<br \/>\nThis photo was taken on 31th of May 2014. As you can see the scallion grew pretty quick! Ow, and do you see the plant on the right? That plant I have over 2 years and it only cost me 0,99 cents, I am so proud of this plant and myself ofcourse <3\n\nOn the 21st of June 2014 the scallions grew even MORE:\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tastynilous.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bosuizelfgroeien.jpg\" rel=\"colorbox\" class=\"colorbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tastynilous.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bosuizelfgroeien.jpg\" alt=\"bosuizelfgroeien\" width=\"2178\" height=\"2235\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4775\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tastynilous.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bosuizelfgroeien.jpg 2178w, http:\/\/tastynilous.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bosuizelfgroeien-292x300.jpg 292w, http:\/\/tastynilous.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bosuizelfgroeien-997x1024.jpg 997w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2178px) 100vw, 2178px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThey did got knicks that&#8217;s why they cannot stand up straight by themselves anymore (probably cause they are growing too long and if you waterspray them, they are just 2 delicate for spraying up close). <\/p>\n<p>SO as you can see it is possible to simply regrow your own herbs. I water the scallions every day if not every other day. I am very curious to know if I cut them if they will continue to grow.
